James founded Graphite IT with a simple belief — IT support shouldn't be complicated, slow, or full of jargon. With over 20 years in the industry, he oversees the business and makes sure every client gets the service they deserve.

Our support team are the people on the other end of the phone — real humans who pick up quickly, speak plainly, and actually fix things. Available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

KyberONE SOC Team
Our dedicated security team monitors client environments 24/7 through the KyberONE platform. When a threat is detected, they respond in real time — day or night.
💬 Their busiest time is 2am on a Tuesday. Cyber criminals keep odd hours.
