What's the difference between a leased line and business broadband?
A leased line is a dedicated connection just for you, with guaranteed speed and a same-speed upload as download — more expensive, but consistent. Business broadband is shared with other users on the same line, cheaper, but can slow down at peak times. We'll recommend based on how dependent your work is on a stable connection.
Do we need SD-WAN if we only have one office?
Usually not — SD-WAN earns its keep when you're managing multiple sites or a lot of cloud/remote traffic that needs intelligent routing. For a single site, a solid primary connection with failover is normally the right level.
Is Starlink or 5G a real alternative to fixed-line internet?
For the right situation, yes — a rural site waiting months for fibre, or a backup connection for failover. We'll be honest if it's not the right fit rather than sell it as a fixed-line replacement everywhere.
