Is our data safe if we start using AI tools like Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot respects your existing permissions — it can only see files a user already has access to, and nothing is used to train Microsoft's underlying models on a business plan. We check your permission structure before rollout so Copilot doesn't surface anything it shouldn't.
Do we need Microsoft 365 already to use this service?
For Copilot specifically, yes — it needs a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. If you're not on one yet, we'll cover that as part of the same conversation, since the two usually go together.
Will this replace staff or just support them?
